Darren Finebloom previously worked in the Public Defenders Office for The Twelfth Judicial Circuit and he combines his extensive trial experience with an interest in his clients’ welfare to provide supportive and competent legal representation.

Darren Finebloom is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Florida Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He received a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Florida State University and he graduated Cum Laude with Honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

David Haenel was previously was a prosecutor, once earning the honor of Florida DUI Prosecutor of the Year. He litigated Florida DWI offenses and trained prosecutors and law enforcement in various aspects of traffic related crime. David Haenel has lectured on evidentiary breath testing. That background gives him unique insight to better defend those arrested for suspicion of drunk driving.
