Facts: During a minor traffic accident investigation, police suspected drunk driving. Client refused to submit to field sobriety tests or a breath test, and was charged with DUI and Careless Driving. Hager & Schwartz filed a sworn motion to dismiss the case.

Facts: Client was an occupant in a vehicle that was involved in a single car accident. She was arrested based on witness testimony that she was the driver and her intoxicated confession.
